Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Lancaster. The role involves providing expert property consultation, assisting clients through every stage of the sales process, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Reporting on market trends, sourcing properties that meet client needs, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales are key responsibilities. As a Property Consultant, you will deliver exemplary customer service to ensure a seamless experience for clients and contribute to the success of the agency.
Qualifications
* Strong sales skills.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships
* Knowledge of Lancaster and the surrounding area.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* A proactive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently
* Previous experience in estate agency is preferred but not essential.
* Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to own transport.
