* ResponsiblefortheH&Softhesitesand engineers.
* OnsiteHVandLVAuthorisedPersonwhenqualifiedandonShift.
* ToproactivelychecktheoperationofthePermittoWorksysteminaccordancewith BGIS Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client requirements.Especially with regards to sub-contractors adherence to RAMS.
* To proactively check the operation of the LOTO system in accordancewithBGISQuality,Health&Safetyproceduresand client requirements.
* Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the requirement of the contract. Administersubcontractorworkapprovalsandsafeoperationwhilerepairorservice is carried out on site.
* Undertakeothertasksasdefinedandrequestedbysitemanagement.
* Toundertakeannualappraisalsofshifttechniciansonceyouhavecompletedthe BGIS Appraisal and Development training course.
* EnsureanawarenessandcompliancetothecontractualKPI’s/SLA’s.
* Ensure the Computer Based Maintenance system, e.g. Maximo, Concept,etciskeptuptodateandthatPPMandreactiveticketsare closed out with accurate data captured.
* WorkcloselywiththeAreaContractManagertoensurethattheservicelevelsare maintained to a consistently high level.
* SupporttheContractSupportinachievinghighlevelsofcustomersatisfaction
* ResponsibleforStatutory&Codecomplianceofsites.Ensureengineersarefully equipped to carry out daily tasks.
* PlanPPMschedulesforsitestoensureanevenworkloadinconjunctionwiththe Area Contract Manager
* EnsurePPMiscarriedoutinaccordancewithmanufacturer’sguidelines.
* ResponsibleforthereturnofPPMandworkrelateddocumentation.Man Management of Day Engineers and Shift team members.
* Ensureallsiteshaveaccurateassetregistersandarelabelledaccordingly.
* Responsibleforthefastandeffectiveprocurementofmaterialsandservices. Proactively source additional works and raise quotations.
* Providetechnicalsupporttoengineers,helpdeskandclients.
* InvestigateandreportonmajorOperationalincidents.
* Ensureallcalloutsareattendedto,inconjunctionwiththe helpdesk.
* PromoteH&Scultureacrossthewholeteam.
* AssistengineerscarryingoutPPMwhererequired.Ensureregularcommunication with engineering team.
* Ensureweeklytaskshavebeencompletedandassistsitemanagertoproduce reports on delivery
* Ensurecustomerservicelevelsaremaintained.
* Ensureuniformsarebeingwornandareingoodcondition.Ensureall3rdparty contract works have been carried out.
* Attendallstatutoryworkstounderstandhowtheyareconductedandsupply feedback.
* QuotedworksthatarenotapprovedbyFMandcouldhaveabusinessimpact should be escalated
* Firstpointofcontactforallinhourshiftissuesand concerns.
* Firstpointofcontactontheescalationpathforallmechanical incidents.
* Responsiblefortheproductionanddistributionofaweeklyreportinconjunction with Area Contract Manager
* Carryoutanyreasonablemanagementrequest.
