The Role of cluster Director of Sales
You will take ownership of the total sales performance across the portfolio, setting strategy, leading senior sales teams and driving strong commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and executing the group-wide sales strategy
Driving corporate, leisure, group and MICE revenue across all properties
Managing, mentoring and developing on-property and central sales teams
Building strong relationships with key national and international clients
Identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
Working closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations at property and group level
Representing the business at industry events and client meetings
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Cluster Director of Sales Leader within hotels
Strong background in multi-property sales environments
Excellent understanding of corporate, leisure, group and MICE markets
Highly commercial with a data-led approach to performance
Inspirational leader with strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to winning business
