The Role -Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver
Drivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK and will be expected to:
- provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadors
- perform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided)
- understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledge
- carry out valets and fuel top ups where appropriate before delivering to customers
- provide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customers
The role ofVehicle Collection and Delivery Driver requires:
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent level of spoken and written English and outstanding communication skills
