The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 2 positions available, 25 hr and 16 hr contracts available. As a Barista Maestro, you’ll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
* Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
* Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
* Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
* Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present
* Managing stock, supporting with deliveries, and maintaining store hygiene
* Building a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud
* And of course, having fun while doing it all!
Qualifications
* You don’t need previous experience to succeed – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training and tools you need.
* A genuine love for coffee and people.
* A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Confidence to lead by example.
* The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
