Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high productivityManage and lead the team of service technicians and workshop staff, encouraging excellent performance and customer serviceWork closely with service managers to deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalismAchieve departmental profit targets and optimise workshop retention levelsAssist in planning and organising workshop activities to meet deadlines and customer expectationsOur client's Requirements for this Workshop Controller role:
Full UK driving licenceProven experience in a similar workshop management or controller role within the motor trade, ideally in a main dealer environmentWe can consider experienced senior technicians who are looking to porgressAttention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceStrong industry knowledge and understanding of workshop operational processesAbility to motivate and lead a team effectivelyEnthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
