Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from both experienced social workers and those about to qualify. If you’re passionate, committed, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
You’ll need to be:
1. Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
2. A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
3. Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
4. A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.
5. Skilled in working with children, young people, and families
6. Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care
7. A confident communicator and collaborator
