As a Graduate coming into the business, you will be working closely with the co-founders of the business resulting in hands-on training and an approach tailored to you.

The Role:
* Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
* Researching your market
* Account management
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
* Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
* Building a personal brand in your chosen market
* Attending networking events
The Requirements:
* Recent graduate or 1 year's sales experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Financially motivated
* Competitive
* A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
* Strong work ethic
