Salary:£38,000 - £40,000
Reporting to the General Manager, our Kitchen Managers play a pivotal role in the daily success and operation of the restaurant. The role involves creating a winning team and delivering excellent service to guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training new Kitchen team members.
2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Manage stock control and food margins.
4. Ensure compliance with NSF, EHO, and Health and Safety audits.
5. Maintain brand standards and deliver quality service.
6. Drive high performance through staff development and regular one-on-one meetings.
7. Maintain attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
8. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
