A privately owned, multi-site organisation with annual turnover of over £80m is seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to join its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a pivotal role with full accountability for the group’s finance function. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving robust financial governance, supporting growth initiatives and ensuring the business has the financial insight and controls required to operate at pace.
