Job Title: Fees and Funding Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Fees & Funding team within the Registry Services Directorate.


About the Directorate

The Registry Services Directorate plays a vital role in supporting the University’s delivery of high-quality learning opportunities by managing key central services for students and staff. It comprises 11 teams: Research Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, UKVI, Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, Ask, WLVonline, and Apprenticeship Operations.


Role Responsibilities

1. Ensure the timely processing of fees and finance information for students.
2. Maintain compliance with external requirements such as those from the Student Loans Company and NHS Funding streams.
3. Improve processes and systems that support the work of the Fees and Funding team.
4. Serve as a senior liaison point and a knowledgeable source of guidance on student finance matters across the university.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills across various media, experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, and an understanding of regulatory frameworks and procedures to meet audit requirements.
