Key Responsibilities

* Process and verify supplier invoices, match them with purchase orders, and handle employee expenses.
* Track purchase orders, prepare payment runs, and resolve internal/external queries efficiently.
* Reconcile supplier statements, manage aged creditors, and support month-end processes.
* Work collaboratively with suppliers and our supply chain team to ensure smooth operations.
* Embrace continuous improvement and grow your role in a fast-paced finance environment.

Essential Requirements

* Understanding of working in an office / finance setting ideal for those starting out
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables a plus).
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new systems (Sage 200 and Insphire desirable but not essential we'll train you).
