Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Endocrine specialist team as an Endocrine Specialist Support Nurse within the Endocrine Investigation Unit. The unit is a nurse‑led service that performs outpatient dynamic and non‑stimulatory tests as part of endocrine and cancer pathways.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert care, advice and support to patients with endocrine conditions and their carers/family under the guidance of endocrine nurse specialists.
* Act as a key worker and liaise with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible specialist care.
* Provide high‑quality, patient‑focused care.
* Assess, develop and implement specialist nursing care programmes.
* Provide specialist advice and support to, and liaise with, other staff.
Contract Details
This is a fixed contract until the end of March 2027.
