Arden Personnel is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of a leading company in Redditch. This is a fast-paced, pivotal role where you will support the Customer Experience and Internal Sales teams, ensuring clients receive first-class service and accurate contractual support. The Package
* Salary: £27,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (No weekends)
* Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (Option to buy 5 additional days)

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be the main point of contact for client contractual queries. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of detailed administration, pricing analysis, and active relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales & Retention: Manage the full sales cycle from professional quotations and follow-ups to closing renewals and hitting monthly conversion targets.
* Contract Management: Act as the primary lead for contractual queries and ensure all pricing aligns strictly with the established matrix.
* Relationship Building: Develop strong ties with Account Managers and clients to broaden the "contact surface" and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
* Commercial Strategy: Analyse contract profitability to prioritize tasks and identify new opportunities for revenue growth or process improvements.
* Operational Support: Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing general office administration and ad-hoc business needs.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar sales support, contract administration, or quote-management role is essential.
* Skills: You must be highly numerate and computer-literate, with excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (analysis) and Word
* Attributes: We are looking for someone who is tenacious, persistent, and able to see a job through to conclusion.
* Approach: You are "supportive, efficient, and responsible"—aligning with the company's core values to serve both the client and colleagues.
Desirable:
* Experience within the contract catering market or similar service industries.
* Knowledge of managing KPIs (conversion, retention, lead turnaround).
