Our client, a well-respected care provider, is seeking to recruit an ambitious and dedicated healthcare professional, passionate about delivering high standards of care for elderly residents, to become the Deputy Care Home Manager in a medium-sized Residential Care Home in Exeter.
As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will:
1. Be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have prior experience in a residential setting, preferably with elderly care.
2. Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
3. Assist the home manager in providing a high-quality service to all residents.
4. Have experience in team management, staff appraisals, care planning, risk assessments, and medication management.
5. Be knowledgeable about CQC policies and procedures.
