About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, academically confident Teaching Assistant to work on a 2:1 basis with two Year 10 pupils who require specialist support. You will play a key role in helping them access GCSE-level learning, stay organised with coursework, and thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored 2:1 support for two pupils with autism and additional learning needs
* Support learning across GCSE subjects with a strong academic focus
* Liaise with mainstream subject teachers to collect and deliver lesson content within the base
* Help pupils stay on track with assignments, deadlines, and revision
* Adapt materials to meet individual learning styles and needs
* Deliver engaging activities that support both education and wellbeing
* Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional regulation

What We’re Looking For
* Strong academic background (GCSEs in English & Maths essential; A-Levels/degree desirable)
* Confidence supporting GCSE-level work across subjects
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* A patient, proactive, and empathetic approach
* Experience with autism or learning difficulties (desirable but not essential)
