Purpose of the Role:
You will operate machines and tools to create products following detailed instructions. You’ll also check and finish products to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities:
* Operate machines and equipment such as:
o Loading/unloading hangers and drying racks
o Operating VA robot and 1500 robot
o Rodding and bracing
o Using the autoclave and push-through furnace
o Stage 60 washing
* Follow instructions from managers and technical documents.
* Understand materials and how they affect the final product.
* Share your knowledge with others and help train colleagues.
* Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Support quality checks to ensure high standards.
* Complete any other tasks as needed.
Experience Required:
* Experience in casting, automotive, steel, or aeronautical industries.
* Skilled in using overhead cranes, forklifts, and abrasive wheel machines.
* Previous manual labor experience.
* Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
* Able to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
* Good communication and computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
* Good vision (corrected with glasses/contact lenses if needed).
* Comfortable with walking, standing, pulling, climbing, and kneeling as part of the job.
Hours of Work: Days
* Week 1 Mon - Thur 5.30am - 1.45pm Fri (5.30am - 11.45am)
* Week 2 Mon - Thur 2.00pm - 10pm Fri (12pm - 7.05pm)
Rate of pay:
* £13.59 to £15.20ph
