Role Description
The Events Recruitment Manager will play a key role in coordinating and managing recruitment efforts within the events sector. This full-time hybrid role, based in Farnham with flexibility for remote work, involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates while maintaining close relationships with both candidates and clients. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. The role also encompasses collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs and building partnerships that align with their goals.
Qualifications
* Strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement
* Experience in developing recruitment strategies and managing campaigns
* Proficiency in client relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication
* Knowledge of the events industry and the ability to assess industry-specific talent needs effectively
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously
* Proficiency in candidate management systems and familiarity with recruitment tools
* Ability to work independently, adapt to hybrid work environments, and manage time effectively
* Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is advantageous
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Event Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
