*Calling all qualified childcare staff!!*We are seeking some dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join our team at Ivy House Thames Ditton.The successful candidates will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. Our Nursery Practitioners work closely with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure high standards of childcare and education are maintained.We are currently only looking for full time staff who can commit to working 40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days.*Responsibilities** Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's learning and development in line with early childhood education principles* Supervise children during play, meals, rest periods, and organised activities* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and developmental milestones* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns* Organise and manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and educational activities* Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with nursery policies* Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices through feedback and professional development*Requirements** Proven experience working with children within a nursery or childcare setting* Knowledge of early childhood education frameworks and childcare regulations* Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues* Childcare qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent *is a must ** Experience with managing behaviour and supporting individual needs of children* Passionate about child development with a caring and professional attitudeThese roles provide an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to making a positive impact on young children's lives through quality childcare and education.
