Responsibilities:
* Assess and evaluate students speech and language needs through standardized tests and observations
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff
* Provide direct therapy services to students with identified speech and language disorders
* Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
