Responsibilities and duties of the Environmental Business Partner
As the Environmental Business Partner, you will:
* Lead the implementation of the organisation's Environmental and Sustainability Strategy across operational sites.
* Act as the subject matter expert on environmental compliance, regulations, and best practice.
* Support operational leaders with environmental risk assessments, improvement planning, and mobilisation activities.
* Monitor emerging legislation, industry standards, and innovations, translating them into practical operational guidance.
* Lead or support external audits and contribute to environmental reporting for stakeholders and regulators.
* Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
