Overview
The AA is hiring a Roadside Rescue Mechanic in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. As the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation, you’ll be ready for anything to help members get back on the road safely.
Base salary information is provided with an expectation of a 40-hour working week. Top performers can earn upwards of £60,000 OTE. The role includes training, support and opportunities for development.
Responsibilities
* You will be the master of diagnostics and a clear communicator, ensuring customers understand the situation and feel confident their needs will be taken care of.
* You will work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* You will use your technical expertise to fix vehicles at the roadside or recover them to a garage, helping customers get back on their day.
What you’ll need
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
