Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager within supported living services — essential.
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards, supported living frameworks, and complex care environments.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
* Demonstrable success in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and driving quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for the management and performance of supported living services across the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
* Lead, mentor, and develop staff teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support.
* Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold the highest standards of care and safety.
* Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding to ensure positive outcomes.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, commissioners, and external professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives.
* Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and empathy across all teams.
