SEN Teacher Responsibilities · Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with additional needs. · Monitor and assess progress, maintaining accurate records and reports for each child. · Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop personalised learning plans. · Provide guidance and support to staff on inclusive teaching strategies. · Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and support strategies. · Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
