40-45 hours within a 5 to 6 day week

Responsibilities
* Increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble‑free and courteous food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant in line with departmental and restaurant guidelines and service concepts.
* Work in conjunction with the Proprietor and deputise for the Director/Proprietor in his or her absence.
* Train and supervise junior staff.
* Purchase and deal with suppliers, stock control, quality checks, health & hygiene compliance.
* Monitor food safety and temperatures, maintain cleanliness within the restaurant, care and maintenance of specialist equipment.
* Conduct cost analysis and review.
* Prepare reports and schedules and perform key duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience – 3+ years working as a Manager in a similar environment; extensive proven previous experience at the required skill level.
* At least 3 years culinary expertise as a Restaurant Manager.
* Good communication skill.
* Good English.
* A flexible attitude.
* Enthusiastic about food and hospitality industry.
* Team player.
