I am currently looking for a Sub Agent to join my clients team on an extremely interesting heavy civil engineering project.
As the Sub Agent on this civil engineering project, your main duties will include assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager, managing sub contractors and being in charge of individual sections of the project.
Role and responsibilities:
* Looking after the project and initially involved in extensive piling trials, grouting and stabilization trials.
* Reviewing and approving RAMS from the site and sub contractors.
* Liaising weekly with project planner, highlighting delays to commercial team.
* Communicating with the client, updating them on all areas of the project.
* Overseeing all concrete technical, production and quality issues during the preparation phase and during the construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or possession of an equivalent qualification.
* A Chartered Civil Engineer or at the final stages of Chartership (within 6 months)
* Ability to display previous experience working in a similar role.
* Experience on groundwork projects/working on groundworks.
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS.
