What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating new business and winning new instructions Negotiating fully managed AST agreements Conducting property viewings Listing and valuing rental properties Liaising with landlords and tenants professionally Maintaining excellent knowledge of the local rental market Representing the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience as a Residential Lettings Negotiator Strong listing/valuations background (advantageous) ARLA qualification (preferred) Excellent communication and sales abilities High level of customer service and telephone skills Positive attitude, well-presented, and self-motivated Familiarity with the Brighton area Full UK driving license and own car essential Thorough and professional approach to Estate Agency What's In It For You?
