This is a key role within the Practice and the successful candidate will help with the development of the project support function. You will work with and be mentored by thePractice Manager and work closely with the Directors, Associates and their project teams in across their two offices.
The role is based in Cambridge and there is work from home on offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide organisational and administrative support to the project teams
* Produce project-related documents using a variety ofsoftware packages including MS Office, InDesign and Open Asset.
* Update and maintain internal database accurately with contacts information, project resourcing
* Document control duties
* Maintaining A3 drawing files for project teams
* Print and bind drawings/documents
* Arrange travelfor the project teams
* Ensure that meetings are properly managed and that catering, refreshments etc are organised
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience in a project admin/support role, ideally within the architecture or related industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to support peopleof all levels
* Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate)
* InDesign/Photoshop (basic / intermediate)
* Typing speed – 40wpm minimum

* WFH – Non-contractual but currently up to 40% of weekly hours can be spent WFH.
* Holidays: Initially 20 days per annum, rising to 25, plus bank holidays and three days extra at Christmas
