We are currently seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs.
* Assist people in accessing community resources, appointments, and specialist mental health services.
* Support with budgeting, financial planning, and developing confidence in managing money.
* Encourage independence in daily living activities such as shopping, meal planning, household tasks, and community engagement.
* Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
* Promote wellbeing, dignity, and choice at all times.
