Lead Operations Project Manager
Were recruiting for a Lead Operations Project Manager to take ownership of multi-site technology rollouts across retail, hospitality, and QSR clients. In this role youll combine people leadership with hands-on project management, leading a small team of Project Managers and Coordinators while also overseeing key client rollouts.
What youll be doing
* Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, supporting their development and ensuring strong project delivery.
* Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multi-site rollouts including POS, kiosks, payments, and IT infrastructure.
* Acting as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
* Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Reporting on progress to senior leadership and clients.
* Driving improvements in delivery processes, governance, and customer experience.
