We are looking for a Solicitor or Associate to join our Litigation team.
This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with Farming and Landowner clients. This role can be based in either; Bristol or Bath and for the right candidate possibly one of Ross on Wye, Lydney or Romsey.
You will work within our Agriculture and Land team which is one of the largest in the country and is ranked in ‘Band 1’ and the ‘Top Tier’ by the leading legal directories, Legal and Chambers & Partners. You will have the opportunity to do quality legal work for high-net-worth landowning clients.
Day to day, you will be supporting a Partner and have a varied caseload, including work such as:
* Property litigation such as rights of way and boundary disputes
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 year PQE in ideally property or agricultural litigation.
* Experience of managing a varied caseload.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver clear practical advice.
* Great communication and negotiation skills.
* Team player, whose personal ambition is expressed through team achievement.
* A proactive, client-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail.
Location and working hours:
We offer hybrid working and you can be based in; Bristol or Bath and for the right candidate possibly Ross on Wye, Lydney or Romsey. There will be an opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.
It’s a full-time position, 35 hours per week. We will consider applications from candidates looking for flexibility, such as a working pattern of 4 days per week.
