We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in nurturing existing customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and execute tailored business plans to maximize sales opportunities across assigned accounts.
* Grow share of wallet/category within the current customer base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
* Leverage customer data and insights to drive increased turnover and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Promote products and services through planned promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales effectiveness.
