We’re hiring a Supply Planner to join our growing supply chain team. This is a new role in a small, fast-paced company, so you’ll help shape how the function develops. You’ll work across the full operational process, with a core focus on production planning, ordering, and forecasting. Because we’re a compact team, you’ll also get hands-on experience in across the business.
This role suits someone analytical, organised, and comfortable managing several priorities at once. This role is offered on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with a review towards the end of the term to assess the potential for a permanent position.
Key Skills (Required)
* Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
* Able to interpret data and support forecasting
* High attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Key Skills (Preferred)
* 1+ years’ experience in supply planning, procurement, or related roles
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
* Understanding of inventory management
Main Responsibilities
* Manage production and supply planning, including timely order placement
* Work with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and schedules
* Co-ordinate key international customer sales
* Support and improve forecasting processes
* Track and maintain forecast accuracy metrics
* Provide general administrative support across supply chain activities
* Support stock analysis, inventory management.
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and proactive issue resolution

HOURS:
· Full time 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
· Flexi time available to accommodate lifestyles.
HYBRID WORKING:
· 3 mandatory office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
· Must be willing to commute to office location.

SALARY:
· £30,000 per year
