Are you passionate about helping young people succeed? We’re looking for dedicated Maths and English Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition to students across Darlington .
As a tutor, you’ll work with children and young people who need extra support to boost their confidence, improve their academic performance, and reach their full potential.
About the Role
* Deliver engaging, tailored one-to-one sessions in Maths and/or English
* Work with primary or secondary school-aged students
* Support learners with a variety of needs, including those with additional learning requirements or gaps in education
* Sessions may take place in schools, community settings, or learners' homes (depending on the needs and safeguarding requirements)
What We’re Looking For
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths and/or English
* Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
* Reliable, punctual, and empathetic
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
