Job Description
3. Manage project teams and resources to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
4. Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure project objectives are met
5. Oversee the project budget, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-saving measures
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
7. Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
8. Resolve any issues or delays to ensure projects stay on track
9. Implement and manage quality control processes
10. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for each project
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have:
11. A degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or relevant field
12. Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
13. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
15. Sound knowledge of construction procedures, material and project management principles
