Job Description
The Pricing Administrator reports to the senior manager for pricing and programs in the EU pricing team. They contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the EMEAI pricing strategy across multiple channels and countries for Sandisk. They develop and administer pricing programs and commercial conditions including pricelists, Special Pricing Authorizations (SPA), rebate programs and channel incentives designed to maximize market share, revenue and margins within the EMEAI Region.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
* Maintaining & distributing Price Lists on a monthly basis.
* Maintaining & distributing monthly pricing programs
* Create, document, implement and communicate information relating to customer-specific marketing programs and pricing conditions using general guidelines provided.
* Administer price requests from customers (SPA & Program letters) according to guidelines set, on a daily basis.
* Enter/creates all claims/Program Letters into appropriate pricing tools in a timely manner.
* Communicates to ensure payout of rebates is consistent with programs, and managed accordingly (documentation & maintenance of claims).
* Help Account Management and claims department in case of claims issues.
* Summarizes programs information for US reporting on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
Education
* Business Administration qualification or related work experience.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 3 years office based work experience essential
* Experience in a customer service based role would be desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of databases with work related experience
* Must be able to work under pressure
* Must be able to maintain high attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative
