Scheduler
Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary - anticipated 9-month assignment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Working Arrangement: Office-based
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scheduler to join a well-established business based in Worcester. This role sits at the centre of a busy service and administration function and will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities.
As Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating workloads, supporting operational teams, and ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately logging jobs within the internal system
2. Answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and directing them to the appropriate team members
3. Creating purchase orders for subcontractor work
4. Producing key data and reports for department leads
5. Scheduling workloads efficiently and liaising with field-based staff regarding upcoming work
6. Issuing full details of booked work, including equipment requirements and visit information
7. Reconciling paperwork and timesheets
8. Providing general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
=What We're Looking For:
9. Proven experience in a Scheduling, Coordination or Administration role
10. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
11. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Additional Information:
This is a fully office-based role located in Worcester, working Monday to Friday.
The role is offered on a temporary contract, anticipated to last approximately 9 months.
