We’re working with a forward-thinking secondary school in the Fleet/Farnborough/Farnham area that is looking for a motivated and inspiring Secondary Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. Location: Fleet / Farnborough / Farnham.Start Date: ASAP or January 2026.Contract Type: Permanent/long term.Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and innovation within your subject area.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Take part in school life – from extracurricular clubs to whole-school initiatives.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A passion for your subject and a drive to inspire young people.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A reflective, proactive, and collaborative approach to teaching.
* Experience teaching KS3 and KS4.
