Occupational Health Nurse – Full Time, Permanent?? Devonport, Plymouth?? £34,000 – £36,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
Occupational Health Nurse required to join a well-established team delivering high-quality clinical services to employees on-site. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Devonport, Plymouth.
About the Role:You will play a key part in delivering a compassionate, professional service focused on health surveillance, treatment, and wellbeing. This is a varied role involving both clinical assessments and proactive health promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide treatment and occupational health services in line with client needs
* Deliver health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, wellbeing assessments, travel health advice, and more
* Support with minor injuries/illness management
* Offer guidance and health education to employees
* Conduct fitness-for-work assessments
* Liaise with internal teams and external health professionals
* Assist in monitoring and developing clinical best practice
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (Part 1) with current NMC registration
* Experience in A&E, intensive care, or health and wellbeing services
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and databases)
* A proactive team player with a desire to learn and develop
* Occupational Health experience is desirable but not essential
Hours:Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pmFriday: 7:30am – 2:45pm(45-minute lunch break daily)
