A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its well-established and growing employment team. The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a broad and senior-level caseload, including:
* Advising employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters
* Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
* Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes
* Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Supporting partners on high-value and complex matters
* Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships

* Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law
* Strong technical expertise across contentious and advisory matters
* Experience managing complex cases and supervising junior colleagues
