Job Title: Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 6+ Years

Responsibilities
* Advising clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors on complex IT and data protection matters including AI and other developing technologies, licensing agreements and data protection queries.
* Supervising less experienced colleagues, taking the lead on complex matters and playing an active role in business development.
* Delivering technically excellent work with strong drafting and negotiation skills, building relationships and demonstrating leadership.
Qualifications
* At least 6 years PQE in commercial contracts, specifically in IT and Data Protection matters.
* Technically excellent, strong drafting and negotiation skills, relationship builder and confident leader.
