A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Branch Administrator to join our dynamic team in Tameside, working 8am to 1pm Monday to Friday.

As a branch administrator you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining service user records as required by the Branch Manager.
2. Ensure an efficient administration system is always fully implemented and maintained. The accurate recording of any messages (telephone, answerphone, e-mail) received and ensuring that such messages are promptly passedon and/or dealt with.
3. Maintaining a friendly, courteous manner when dealing with enquiries - awareness of customer focus nature ofthe organization.
4. To carry out all administration duties and responsibilities in relation to the recruitment of staff an employmentcompliance. To include, chasing any outstanding DBS ID or ETW in the UK documentation.
5. To answer and deal with all telephone call and queries appropriately.
6. To complete any other adhoc duties as and when required
