Sales Manager / Internal Sales Manager – Gas Spare Parts (Technical Sales)

We are recruiting a Sales Manager / Internal Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager job vacancy to lead and grow spare parts sales within an established commercial gas engineering business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Parts Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager or B2B Sales Manager looking to build and shape a developing sales function, focused on industrial and commercial gas equipment spares.
The Role
As Sales Manager – Spare Parts (Gas Engineering), you will:
* Drive spare parts sales across commercial and industrial gas systems
* Develop new business and grow existing accounts as a Business Development Manager / Account Manager
* Promote spares to current, dormant and new customers
* Deliver internal sales activity via phone, email and online meetings
* Conduct occasional customer visits when required
* Work alongside engineering teams to support technical enquiries
* Help develop the long-term spare parts sales strategy
This role suits candidates with experience as a: Internal Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer (office-based), Parts Sales Manager or Engineering Sales Executive
About You
You will be a commercially driven Technical Sales professional or Internal Sales Manager who:
* Has experience in spare parts sales, technical sales or engineering products
* Is confident dealing with customers remotely and face‑to‑face
* Can develop accounts and win new business
* Understands sectors such as:
o Commercial heating
o Industrial boilers
o Gas burners
o HVAC or building services (desirable)
