We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join a leading IT Services business as they continue to grow.\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for managing existing clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs, and building positive relationships to drive sales and promote their services.\n\nYou will be joining a business that offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, a competitive salary and benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.\n\n * Develop a deep understanding of the needs of potential and existing clients to tailor solutions effectively.\n\n * Seek to build positive relationships with leads to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships.\n\n * Actively promote our clients services and solutions, spreading awareness of its offerings through various channels.\n\n * Engage regularly with prospects and clients to address concerns, provide value, maintain and build trust.\n\n * Educate and support their clients with information and assistance related to products/services.\n\n * Continuously improve through feedback from clients and internal teams.\n\n * Work closely with the BDRs and Marketing team to meet and exceed agreed targets.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience in account management within the IT sector\n\n * Strong understanding of IT products and services.\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.\n\n * Proactive and results-driven mindset.\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
