JOB-(phone number removed)b12 Job Title: Residential Support Worker - Children's Services Location: West Glamorgan Pay Rate: £15.95 per hour (Umbrella) Additional: Sleep-in rate available for night shifts Contract Type: Flexible ad-hoc shifts with potential block bookings Sanctuary Personnel is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to work within children's residential care settings across West Glamorgan. These roles offer flexible ad-hoc shifts, with the possibility of block bookings depending on availability. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential environments. You will help maintain a safe, nurturing space, encourage positive behaviours, and support the development of independent living skills.
