This role provides administrative support across the Recruitment, Training Property and Fleet departments as well as being the first point of call for all general office enquires over the phone. This is a varied and vital role at the heart of a caring organisation offering a great opportunity to contribute to making a real difference to the lives of young people. Key Responsibilities Include Recruitment: Support the HR team with all areas of recruitment administration, acting as a main point of contact for initial enquiries and supporting candidates through the recruitment journey, ensuring that we offer a positive candidate experience that is friendly, professional and efficient. Schedule online and face to face interviews. Manage the applicant tracker and recruitment mailbox. Training Coordination Liaise with internal and external trainers, book venues, arrange accommodation, email candidates course details. Be the lead systems administrator for the online Learning Management System, administer e-learning accounts, monitoring training completion and recording courses. Property And Fleet Provide administrative support to manage the organisation’s vehicle fleet and driver records. Ensure regular schedules of vehicle servicing and MOTs are conducted to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations and update systems accordingly. Complete annual driver licence checks. Ensure property compliance documentation is up to date and accessible to our house managers and teams. Administrative Support Handle all incoming reception phone calls in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain accurate employee records in the HR database. Monitor SSSC registration and qualification completion. Support the management of our physical file archiving from our services. Ensure that all aspects of data protection and confidentiality are maintained at all times. What we look for Previous experience in a similar administrative role. Highly proficient in IT (especially Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams & SharePoint) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
