The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.

Main duties of the job

Candidates applying via Route 2. If your application is successful your completed KSA portfolio must be submitted prior to interview to the University of Reading. If you are shortlisted for interview, you will receive instructions on how to submit the KSA portfolio in the invite to interview. It is expected that the post-holder will complete university assignments and independent learning, whilst delivering effective clinical care for clients in service.

The post-holder must make effective use of clinical supervision to further their development and demonstrate their effective use of newly developed clinical skills. The post-holder will be assessed through different means by the university.

The post-holder will be required to keep clear records of their clinical work in line with service protocols.
