The Role
* Lead the commercial hospitality and events function, driving revenue growth and premium service delivery.
* Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external events, fine and casual dining, and hospitality experiences.
* Work closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure quality, consistency and innovation.
* Manage and develop a small hospitality team, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Hold responsibility for financial performance, forecasting, pricing and P&L management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies and regulations.
