The National Gallery has an exciting opportunity for a Gallery Events and Diary Coordinator to join the Gallery Events team.
The Gallery Events and Diary Coordinator is a key part of the Gallery Events Team, responsible for managing internal and external room booking requests and provides high-quality administrative support for users of the National Gallery’s diary and event management database, Artifax. Also providing support to the wider team, both administratively and on the ground at events. The team produce an exciting programme of events designed to support the Gallery’s fundraising objectives, and as part of this, the Gallery Events and Diary Coordinator has responsibility for planning and delivering Early Morning Private Views for our exhibition programme.
We are looking for a motivated Gallery Events and Diary Coordinator with a background in diary management and/or internal events at a museum, charity or similar cultural institution. The successful applicant will have a meticulous eye for detail, and will work closely with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring up to four days a week in the office.
