McCue is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our UK & Central Europe Customer Service Team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support, ensuring orders and enquiries are handled with accuracy and efficiency. The position requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams and with customers.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email within agreed service standards.
* Enter and process all customer orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring correct pricing and documentation.
* Coordinate with Purchasing and Distribution to meet delivery requirements.
* Book freight, obtain quotations, and prepare export/commercial paperwork.
* Log and track customer cases in HubSpot and support issue resolution.
* Maintain up-to-date records and daily management of shared inboxes.
* Raise customer concerns or complaints with the Customer Services Manager.
* Support sales managers with customer visits or trade shows when required.
* Identify and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
* 2+ years proven customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Knowledge of export/import processes and shipping documentation (UK–Europe and intra-Europe) is an advantage – training will be provided.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
* Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English required. German is highly desirable but not essential

Salary: £22,000 per year (based on 25 hours/week, part-time)
Hours: 12:00–17:00 Mon–Fri (flexible options available)
